hi there.
My name is Karla Ceci Perez. I'm a wife, kitchen babe, and post-art-school photographer turned speech-language pathologist, based in New Jersey. I'm also a total market dweller, toasty mug enthusiast, and lover of all things cozy and breezy. As a Costa Rican girl married to a my Jersey-Caribbean dream, David, we are celebrators of life, cherishers of simple living, and worshippers of love. We work hard but play even harder.
Some of the things I enjoy and will often post about include: lush rose gardens and floral arrangements, tree-lined brown-stone streets, farm-to-table Latino and Italian cuisine, craft beer, white walls and window light, language development, film, chic and smart girls like Joan Didion and the like, neutral palettes, gem tones, aromatics, wining and dining, and photography.
